Treatment of Acidity with the help of Ayurveda: It is very important to understand the food we eat. In the process of digestion our stomach secretes an acid which is very important for digestion. Home remedies for acidity:
Eat more vegetables containing Vitamin B and E.
Exercise and do physical activities.
Do not consume any kind of drink after eating meals.
Almond intake helps reduce your chest burns.
Eat more cucumber, cucumber and watermelon.
